Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, ensuring that you have 14 days from receiving your purchase to request a return.
Return Fees
A flat £5 charge is applied from your refund total to cover return shipping costs per item. Your shipping cost is non-refundable.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it:
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packing
- You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return

If your return is allowed, we will request that you return the products to the address mentioned in the return approval email. Items returned to us without first seeking a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Problems

Exclusions and Non-Refundable Products
Items that are perishable (like food, flowers, or plants), customised (like special orders or personalised items), or personal care (like beauty products) cannot be returned.
Additionally, we do not accept returns for gases, flammable liquids, or hazardous goods. If you have any questions or issues with your particular item, please contact us.
Gift cards are unfortunately not returnable.
Electronic Items
If the safety seals on an electronic device's manufacturer box are opened, the item cannot be returned. Unfortunately, once opened, electronic items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange since we want to make sure that everything is brand new.

Refunds
